The process map is a tool that helps in transforming company management to a process orientation. Records and information maps are a useful tool to determine the records in the processes and their characteristics. Their purpose is to support records management and ultimately information governance. The recommendation is made to move towards a complete cartography of information governance, mapping other aspects such as risk management, IT maps applications, and systems and information security.Downloads
